Terms & Conditions / Medical Waiver

I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body and adjust the posture. I will continue to breathe smoothly.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga.

I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Jadine at Jade Tree Healing.

I can confirm that I will not publish the content or share access with anyone else. Only those who have purchased and accepted these terms and conditions will view the video content.

I have read and fully understand the above Medical Waiver and Terms & Conditions. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will.

Membership/ Subscription Cancellations

Members that have subscribed to the monthly subscription will need to cancel their subscription when they are finished connecting with the content. Please follow the instructions below to cancel..

Log in to your Jade Tree Healing Account > Select 'Your Account' in the bottom right hand corner of your screen > Under 'Billing', Select 'View or Cancel Plans' > Select 'Cancel Subscription'

You will still have access to the content until your monthly cycle has come to completion. This is one month after your payment date.

Refunds

It is our policy to not provide refunds. If there are exceptional circumstances then we will take this into consideration.
